BF3 System under£800 minus case?

Like the title says, can someone spec me a system that can play BF3 at the highest possible settings for under £800 with no need for a case.

This is for a build for my brother. I have an old Antec 900 case I can use so he just needs the rest.

bobby's spec looks decent, keep in mind there were issues with the oc 560ti's, not sure if they've been cleared up, but you might need to reduce the oc to get it running ok.
