BF3 upgrade needed

So I've decided maybe it's about time I upgraded my machine a little. I don't want to do a full new machine upgrade necessarily though, just get a decent FPS on BF3 without putting everything on low level detail.

Q6600 (stock speed - not keen on overclocking)
Asus AiLife P35 mobo
4GB Ram (OCZ DDR2 3200 5-4-4-18)
GTS 250 (512MB)

I'm thinking of upgrading to an SSD drive, new gfx card and faster ram (and I think this motherboard supports DDR3 ram up to 10600). Maybe also Win 7, although was going to hold out until win 8 (have Vista 64 atm)

Just wondering on recommendations and if the CPU might bottleneck the system, or if it's still decent. Any comments appreciated.

the 560Ti should be fine for you; i know you're not keen on clocking your cpu, but it'll be worth it. this game stresses my i7 920 @ 4.2GHz, so it'll defo stress your cpu.
