Bf3 xbox controller question!

Hey guys i popped this wuestion in the bf3 thread several times but it always gets overlooked!

Just wodering if theres a way to switch classes etc with the controller, as when i reach the spawn screen i cant seem to goo left of right to change load outs

I do play kb and mouse but my friend is an xbox guy and want him to try it out!

mouse only will switch the classes

I think it is the top trigger buttons (R1 and L1).

I've tried it myself but nothing works. Only very basic functionality for the 360 pad works, you will need to use the mouse and keyboard for the deploy menus. You don't even get any aim assist with 360 pads online so I'd strongly recommend against it.

Yea it seems annoying to use the mouse to change stuff so may just give it a miss! I tried it myself with a pad and it was bloody hard to hit anything compared to keyboard and mouse probably due to lak of aim assist for controllers as mentioned above! Ok thanks anyway glad its not my controller or anything!

Only thing I use the Xbox controller for is planes and helis - for this, it is the boss (as I am rubbish with KB/mouse).
