Having a nightmare with EA at the moment.

Bought the game on Origin and found cheaper somewhere else so got a refund.

Downloaded again with new code and it got wiped by EA when the refund was applied for. Contacted EA and they are taking no responsibility for it saying it's not their fault!! Contacted the third party as the code given now says it's in use so they are going to refund me.

Now I bought another code (as I really wanted to play it) and tonight when I booted up the games gone again!!! Argggggghhhhhh!!

Contacted online EA help again and it's getting passed onto the "specialist team"

LOL. Fail. :p

Why didn't you just keep your original BF4 Origin purchase?
It's not worth so much trouble for a small saving.

It should have been obvious there was a good chance that activating a 2nd key so quickly would cause problems, especially with the worst company in the world, EA.

Ah, yes, obvious really. Using a system the way it's designed to work is asking for trouble.

£12 is £12 at the end of the day!!

The system has failed twice. Totally unacceptable in my eyes. Both parties are passing the buck!

For the sake of £12, check online first next time before buying ;)

The moment you have to deal with EA Support is the time you know you messed up.

£12 saved but how many hours wasted and how many days have you not been able to actually play the thing (not that you probably could even if the purchase had all worked out fine mind).

Lesson to be learnt here,

Always check online before paying EA prices on Origin, you could have had the game for £27.90 whilst it was on Origin for £44.99!

Hmmm. Small saving you say, my saving of £17 went smoothly, OP was just unlucky that their system failed like it normally does, Small saving = many more games.

This is what I will be doing in future for sure!!!!

I just hope I can get one code refunded and the other one activated again in Origin!!

Well I have contacted EA again as they never got back.....

They are saying both codes were refunded to a different customer!!! So how does that work??!!

Hopefully cdkeys will refund me now

I'm going to buy on Origin again!!!! Or can anyone recommend another ??

Slipperz

My friend works for EA, he said you can't activate the same game twice on the same account. That is exactly what would happen. I hate EA as much as anyone but BF4 is epic
