I know I can install Steam on a desktop and a laptop and run BFBC2 on both however, what is the best way to copy my stats from one to the other. Reason is while I'm away from my desktop I plan on using my laptop but revert back to my desktop at when at home. Would be nice to be able to continually build on my progress.

Surely when you log into your account in-game, your stats will be carried over?

Not sure as I have yet to get a decent laptop as my other one has just died on me. If all my stats are stored on line then should not be a prob but I'm not sure what is stored on my local hard drive.

That's the entire point of having an online login, it's all stored online. Even your CD key is tied to the account.

You only need to backup your settings and configurations which include your FOV settings, kit configurations and favourite servers. All aren't particularly essential.

Both GameSettings.ini and Settings.ini be found in My Documents\BFBC2
