Should power it fine. it also has the 2 PCIe pins.

it will be fine, as long you don't have a lot stuff in your case to load

Yeah, will be fine, mine runs OK on a Corsair HX620, though mine is a much better quality PSU.

The BFG GTX280 OC can pull up to 245W apparently at full load, so depending on the rest of your system, do be careful.
