I've just got one of these for te princely sum of £300, bargain in my opinion!! 
I've nudged the core up to 650, left mem where it is and it seems quite happy there. 650/2000 are the clocks i had with my previous GTS so i think im gonna leave them there. temps are fine. If im gonna play an intensive game i just whack the fan speed up to 90% with RivaTuner and this keeps the temps under 70 which i'm happy with.
