how will this card perform on crysis?

average/high?

or do i need a GTX to get some real results?

Really need a lot more info from you before there can be any kind of definative answer. Whats the specs of your machine, whats your monitor, what resolution do you game at, etc etc.

I have this card..I think its great..I can play mostly on high but only with about 30FPS.
With a res of 1650X1050

max resolution of my screen is 1240 x 1024 (i think)

-Q6600
-2GB 800MHz ram
-520W psu
-Western Digital Raptor

I can play Crysis with DX10 on Very High @ 1440 x 900 but only get a framerate of about 15fps. Running on High gives me a good 30-40FPS.

Same card. 2gb 800MHz RAM and a Q6600.
