i've been looking for any reviews of these and i cant find them and seing as how they're only available on pre-order on OcUK i'm guessing they're not out yet =/

anyone know where there are practical reviews of this where inderpendant people have tested one of these?

i tried tom's hardware guide cause that' useualy good for indepth reviews bit alas nothing :(

also, i'd like to hear any views from people who know more about this stuff than me as to wether it'll be any good.

is there going to be a way of benchmarking it? because it's not going to effect fraimrates or CPU useage or stuff like that, thigs that you normaly measure during benchmarking tests... or will it

it should be good ONCE there are games to make use of it ;)

Yup, if you bought one now you wouldn't really be able to do anything with it :p

I expect a lot of reviews to surface when the games that support it start coming out at a decent rate, to actually give the reviewers something to compare it on.

Doesnt this item control the physics aspects of games like ragdoll effect, debris, water and fire effects taking the burden off the cpu? In pretty much the same away as the 3DFX cards used to do with the polygons, rendering etc?

Oops i see the thread down there..

They were available for a short time, but they were told to stop selling them so i heard as theres nowt to use em, when stuff actually appears to use them they will be available again. :)
