Hey Guys,
My 8800GTS 640mb OC died on me 1 week ago, i contacted BFG but had to go through their US site because i cant find a number to ring them on, it's taking forever to get any answers, can anyone outline for me what normally happens,
the card itself is only a little over a year old, i dont kno if a new one is on its way or if they pick mine up to attempt to fix it (it basically shows a heap of blue vertical lines and Xp loads up with a bunch of TV-static like images) - my dad's 9600 card works in my pc fine but i cant use his any longer
Does anyone have any better of gettin in touch with BFG, i'm guessing their phone number in the US will still cost me a fortune? - its been a week now and all i've heard back is 'i'll try find out whats goin on' and that was it
Cheers,
