BFG Graphics Card Warranty Registration Problems

Hi All.

Just got both my Graphics Card for both PC's and just tried to register the B.F.G Graphics Card's UPC and Serial Number but it say's it's in use when it shouldn't be as it's brand spanking new.

Any advice?

I registered my 8800 gts a week or so ago, got the s/n in but could not find the upc number so left it blank, when the registration was finished it said on my file that the card was not recognised so I phoned BFG up in Illinios and a nice lady told me that this upc number is not important just the serial number and that my card was registered and therefore covered. She said that it was a glitch and should rectify itself, which it did. If you are really bothered, contact them at least that way you will get an answer.

Just emailed them my problem with both the serial number and upc number so hopefully they will sort it out for me then.

And don't forget to email a copy of you pop (proof of purchase) when you have you got your card registered.
