BFG Graphics Cards

Hi all,

I've had BFG Graphics cards which I purchased from Overclockers a few years ago, the cards are registered with BFG but one's recently died.

BFG supposedly offer a lifetime warranty for their products, they asked for serial details when I logged a ticket but then just ignore replies after getting the info.

I have noticed that they have recently pulled out of the Graphics market but are supposedly going to honour warranties etc. Does anyone have any idea if this will ever go through, contact details for BFG staff etc?

I did a RMA via BFG, and after that experinice i never brought or recomenned them to anyone...I feel ur pain...

There is a big BFG thread here. It should go through. Surely just check on their website for a direct number, use a site like j-u-s-t-c-a-l-l-dot-co-uk to get a rate, and call them?

I emailed BFG when my 8800Gtx died and it was all sorted within a week. Email them directly.

Also theres a big thread about BFG lieing about and you maybe able to get the number to the UK company dealing with the RMA's.

It seems that company is no longer handling warranties for BFG, youhave to ship your card back to the states once you have got an rma number.
