BFG or Not?

Hi all,

Will be replacing my BFG 8800 GTS 320MB with the 640MB version in a week or two. Just wondering if I should go BFG again or chose another brand? I've had a few issues with BF2142 in Vista x64 - 'Devise stuck in driver' and 'BF2142 Memory error'.

Any thoughts?

I don't imagine the problems will be specific to BFG, those sound more like driver or Vista issues. Particularly as pretty much all graphics cards now are built to a standard reference design.

That's pretty much the conclusion I came to - BFG it is then - You just can't beat their price mixed with a 10yr warrenty!

Just out of interest, why are you replacing the 320MB version with the 640MB version?

no point replacing now, u might aswell keep it for few months then get the newer card
