BFG registration?

I bought one of the OcUK Extreme GTX280's when they were £218 about 10 days ago and the day it arrived I registered it on the BFG website.
I sent proof of purchase (POP) to the BFG warranty email address but the website is still saying;

Registration Not Complete: In order to complete your registration, please send POP using one of the methods below:

How long does it usually take?
I sent my POP email about 10 days ago now.

Keep at it I sent mine about 3 weeks ago after a bunch of emails ofc and got it through a few days ago.
