BFG RMA advice needed

OK well i need some advice on how to speed up my RMA with BFG, my problem is this ive tried to contact jeff at BFG. last i heard from him was last week friday no reply since(i know he can be busy at times) also no joy from bfg tech support and im currently moving with in the next 2 weeks to spain and having all my stuff shipped out there with in the next 10 days. i dont want to be doing the RMA in spain as there postal and courier service is crap out there and ill probably never see the card again or it will never get to BFG place in spain.
