BFG RMA, how to?

I'v got an 8800 GTS that needs to be RMA'd.

How do I get in touch with BFG? What is the RMA process? Their website is not much help either.

Email BFG tech support through their web page:

Tell them your problem and they will send you an email giving you an RMA number and an address in Wales and instructions to post just your card in a plain box to it.

The replacement is usually sent out within days.

I RMA'd my 8800 gtx back to the BFG office in Wales on monday 28th at 3.00pm.
I received a new 8800gtx today on 1st february. Thats what i call customer support.

bfg give top class service...when i emailed them about my problem i got a reply within 24hours and the problem was sorted in about a week.

xfx on the other hand have still yet to reply 9 months later and i had emailed them a few times.
