BFG RMA

Short story: I sent my GFX card to BFG because I was having a serious issue with it. Posted on Monday this week and returned today (Great time indeed).

However,

I open the box to find just the graphics card. No letter, no information on what they did, absolutly nothing just the card packed with some foam.. Any others here sent there cards to BFG? What did you get back? This is quite odd to me.

Although the serial number does appear different as I wrote that down before I sent it.

Yeah you'll just get a bare card back, usually the case with RMA's.

But how do you know what/if anything was done to the card?

Guess I need to get in touch with BFG

It won't be the same card, they'll have taken the old one in, tested it, yes it is broken, and posted you out a replacement.

Your old card is probably just floating round the BFG warehouse somewhere to be looked at.
