BFG Support?

I wondered what others experience with BFG are? I sent an RMA request to them a few weeks ago for my faulty 8600GTS, i got a response back at the weekend from them, asking for my name and address etc after going through the rest of the usual warranty stuff, but again have now heard nothing.

Pretty shoddy stuff from them.

I have a faulty 6800GS and i have the exact same experience as you.
First an initial reply then asking for adress etc. then nothing .....

Hmmm hope there customer support has not got the same direction as asus, the only reason i bought my 8800gts from bfg was because of the great warrantie deal that came with it
