Unfortunatly your probably out of luck, BFG gone and you probably only have a 2 year warranty with OcUK which I'm guessing has expired.

EDIT: Depending on time you bought it, it might be only 1 year with OcUK.
 
AFAIK lifetime warranty is with BFG, OcUK only have to offer a limited guarantee inline with UK/EU sales of goods, etc. acts which I believe is 2 years now for electrical goods.
 
You're completely out of luck I'm afraid. My BFG 8800GTS died last year, and unfortunately it was just around the time that BFG were winding down their business... hence they were no longer accepting any RMAs, and that lifetime warranty of theirs became completely worthless. I ended up selling the card as faulty/spares or repairs for about £20 on a certain auction site.
