The Bfg 8800gtx oem i bought in the Ocuk sale is ,according to bfg tech support well and truly borked.
On bootup screen and windows logo it displays lines of pixels and upon arrival at the desktop nvidia sentinel tells me the card is receiving enough power.

Anyway what i wanted to ask is what like is BFG like for Rma's and would it be better to deal with them or Ocuk. :confused:
 
If you bought it within the last 7 days then Id use OCUK.

Ive never used BFG's RMA service but have read on these boards that they offer superb service with very fast turn-around times
 
I bought it on tuesday and it arrived today. I'm unsure what BFG's policy is on oem products though?
Does the lifetime warranty still apply?
 
any OEM graphics/motherboard warranty issues are handled by OcUK directly, however direct replacements arent always available so refunds are offered in those cases.
