I bought a C2O 2180 (for now), Asus Rampage MB, 4 gig OCZ Reaper ram, and a BFG graphics card at the weekend.

I had no problems putting it together and installing Vista64 except for the graphic drivers. Whenever I tried to click on the Vista64 bit drivers a message stating that there were no drivers suitable for this card available!

Driver disc is version 6.1.

Is this right??? Surely a driver disc should have the right drivers on it?
 
Yes I did that but what if you did not have an internet connection?

While I would not expect the latest drivers out of the box I would expect it to be capable of being installed.
 
If you have another computer available, you could copy them to a flash drive or onto a disk...to pop them over to your new system.
