Stupid question but how does it work? do you send it directly back to them and obviously they know its a bfg card and given its lifetime its covered? or do you need the receipt from the place you bought it from in the first place?

When you fill out the RMA on their website, it asks for the date of purchase and where you purchsed it from. That's it. Obviously you give your details, and then you send it back direct to them.

They never asked for my receipt. But I guess the date of purchase and place where you ordered from would match your details provided. So they check that way.
