I sent off my proof of purchase 4 days ago and on bfgtech it's still telling me POP is needed.

I've had no contact from them regarding a) my account registration or b) the product registration, both of which were supposed to send and automated email to me.

Checked my email on the account and it's correct and there aren't any mails going to spam.

Has anyone else had problems registering a product with them?
 
Sometimes they're somewhat delayed. Fortunately my 9800GX2 was registered in about 10 minutes but a mate of mine took nearly a day to get confirmation.

I'd send them another email asking if they could rectify it and confirm the registration.

Cheers for the quick response. I've still got a couple of weeks before the limited warranty runs out, so there's no huge rush. Would be nice to have it go through so I don't have to worry about it :p
 
Ive sent of numerours emails and a couple of phone calls to them trying to register my (Tom's) 8800GTS card and it seems to be taking for ever and ever. :(
