Anyone know the difference between premium & premium double seats? Going as a group of 6, but obviously wasn't too sure if the double ones will be like one big seat together.

BFI IMAX: Without being able to send you a photo here, our premium seats are wider, sofa-style, double seats with an adjustable arm-rest in the middle and additional leg room, located in the centre of the auditorium. Book by phone or in person to guarantee two paired seats. Hope that helps!

Aren't they meant for couples on a first date to make the 'yawn, stretch, put your arm round her' move easier?

Yeah, that's what I wondered Skeeter, but then read few things saying they offer more room. Ahh well, not taking the chance, booked the normal premium ones for Jurassic World

You have to, those seats fill up pretty quickly at the IMAX.
