Does anyone have any recommendations for a floor-standing track pump (for a presta type road bike)?

I've been searching google for hours, and it seems most reviews are from US sites, and the pumps are hard to buy over here. Also there's such differing reviews, it's impossible to know what's good and what's rubbish.

Has anybody had good experience with one that they could recommend?

It's for a Christmas present, so I was thinking of around £20 mark. At the moment, I have something called "Topeak Joeblow Max II" on my list, but have seen mixed reviews. Infact all of these pumps seem to have quite a short lifespan.

I had the pedro's one (I assume you are looking on CRC?), and the valve stripped it's threads and flew across my garden after a few weeks.

I now have the Topeak one you have mentioned, and it is build a hell of a lot better, so for the 20 notes mark I'd plump for that.
