also i would wait and see, i dont think any ati card is worth it at moment as the recent games like nfss is suffering badly, lets hope ati can get this fixed or i will be jumping ship soon

Honestly, stop being so impatient, wait till tomorrow and see if the 5870 is worth it. If it doesn't beat the cards you have access to now, then your choice is made.

4890 in crossfire are good stuff, from what i think i've read, it beats the gtx 295, cant remember totally off my head, but i would pay £280 which i am and get the 5870, just because dx11. The 4890 cf might beat the 5870, not to sure but 5870 cf, well good fight imo
