just some finishing touches to my marin mount vision
now I have the thomson stem, just need a thomson seat post and some longer travel forks and its perfect!

Nice bike. How's the Bender Fender doing? Thinking of getting one instead of my Neoguard - works but is ugly as sin.

Same hub that's on my Tues DH. Only difference is mine has different branding, is chrome and therefor ultimately better.

the fender things not bad, doesnt stop you getting muddy legs but stops it going in your face so much! good for stopping the fork seals get so much abuse from crap too

quick ? guys, bought a set of slx cranks from pinkbike (double and bash) and was wondering if anyone could tell me where i might be able to buy the security tab that goes onto the non drive side arm? or even if it was required?

The plate that goes between the retaining bolts?
It's Shimano part: Y-1FU 98120
A quick search:

Still waiting on my new XTR pedals shipped from CRC on 20/12 and another part which was scheduled for delivery today was delayed to Monday because of the snow.

Hey andi how was the link between the 2 quarries? Are there any features (berms, jumps etc) or is it just singletrack?
It's great, not proper trail like that in the quarries, because it's for horses and walkers too, but some nice pumps and slightly bermed nicely cambered corners, and you can see on that pic the boulders set in as jump takeoffs. Once its bedded in a bit it'll be nmega fast too, it's a little bit loose at the moment.
