havent had chance to open it yet, but a box arrived with a sticker saying

PC-201b

arrived this morning. Roll on some watercooling goodness. :)

{Tease mode}Yup, it is a Lian-Li one, and will take some pics for you later. {/Tease mode}

Going to have to tool it up sans water cooling for a while, as I've lost my LGA775 bracket for my waterblock :(

Depending upon how excited about putting my bits that have been waiting around for ages, you may be lucky to get some after the install. ;)

{runs off to set up paypal account for image view payment :D}

OMG! :eek: This case is hooge. I think I'm going to have to reconsider what this case will be used for.

So my E6600 build will probably now go in a smaller case that can be watercooled. If the PC-101b is a slightly smaller version of this, then that is probably a nice choice.

This case will brobably be brought to you with the letters:-
Supermicro
Dual Woodcrest
12 HDD's
Loads of ram

:D

It's looking awfully lonely, on the up side, loads of room for rad's, reservoirs and pumps.

That's the plan. :)

I did have a moment of weakness when I was thinking about trying out a Raid of 12 Raptor's. :D

But no, I will probably be getting a 120.2 or maybe a 120.3 fitted and plum in the tubing. :)

Mmmm... Pretty. :) I love the interior, and I love the exterior, just a shame the front behind the door is so bland. I know you would hardly ever see behind there, but it would still annoy me somewhat.

Suppose it is really, but it's not too different from most of the other case fronts really, unless you're used to a v1000/v2000 facia, i guess.

I really like that case, how much was it if you don't mind me asking? (rough amount)

I would tidy the cables up a little though ;)

This is why we don't have PMs, they would be abused.

As to the cabling, it was only a quick throw together for testing. Will be doing the cabling when I get my watercooling kit ready. So.....

Anyone got some ideas for me as to placement of kit?

Just wondering, How do cases with full length doors like that manage to allow enough air in through the front to feed the front fans?

Does look nice though! I'm looking for a case that will improve my current case's cooling, so this one isn't an option really :o

the sides of the doors are vented, I thought it would not be enough, but it does draw enough air for the 120mm fan to not get breathless.

Whilst the front looks restrictive, it's not, there's enough airflow for the 120mm fan at the front to pull air in.

Haven't had chance to put the watercooling rig in place yet, but I'll be removing that scond set of drive lails to accomodate all the watercooling kit. The HDD will have to go in a 5.25 drive bay.

Iraklis, I did have those thoughts myself, but it's able to run the E6600 at 3 Ghz in the configuration you see in the pic. When I fit the watercooling, I will be replacing the heatpipe setup and putting something else in, havent decided exactly what yet.
