Big difference on core degrees

I have a q6600 and atm for example the cores are 39,40,34,34, there always seems to be 5-6c between some of the cores, now i have re applied artic sliver as shown on the net the line down the middle way but its always the same.

Thats the cooler on its not a cheap one who can give any ideas to what can be causing it, is it a slightly warped cooler ?

This is very normal on quads, had this with a q6600, q9550 and my i7. Even lapping my q6600 didnt change this.

Oh ok so nothing i can do i thought maybe it was something i could fix, its just obviously with it being oc to 3 gig its annoying 2 of them get way hotter.
