I used to have dealings with a crippled chap who owned Rodley Motors, an American car spares place in a big Victorian mill. I bought a fabulous CAT pump steam cleaner (as in makes high pressure steam, not the anaemic hot water pressure washers you can only buy now), from him.

I would imagine visiting the area again would see my blood pressure rising exponentially...
