something has gone terribly wrong
for some reason when i boot up none of my icons are clickable, right mouse doesnt bring up anything, and when i click on start menu what ever i scroll onto doesnt disapear, windows that are open wont close the desktop just builds up with all the windows that are open and to open files etc etc i have to go via explorer ?
when i minimise its shows it closes but there screen still has what i minimised but its frozen
pleeeease anyone any ideas
and ive just discovered it only starts when i right click on the desktop, if i dont right click all is ok
i had a program called desktop effects installed and you have to right click to activate it. i have uninstalled it but the option to activate it is still there when i right click. this is whats caauseing tthe problems i think, but if ive uninstalled it what can i do now if its still showing when i right click ?
