We have Vista Business installed on our work pc. Now I installed Nero, went fine. Then installed WinAVI converter for out avi movies from our office cam, wanted them in DVD format. Now the WinAVi gave us a error, so I rebooted the machine.
Now the damn thing won't boot up. It gives me the boot options, for Vista, Safe mode and what have you. Tried all of them. Just leaves us with a black screen. Nothing else.
So, do a repair install you say?
So I load the Vista disk in, and press any key....
"Windows is loading files...."
That's all it says or does...truly stuffed here...
Any ideas guys? Luckily we didn't activate it yet.
I can't even use the Xp Pro disk to format and then install it again, as it won't see the drive because it newer NTFS version. Haven't tried but I know it won't work..
