Big problem

I just tried to clone my main hard drive on to a brand new clean drive using acronis but now neither drive is bootable, the new cloned drive just posts, goes past bios screen then restarts and my original hard drive gets to windows then BSOD's

Any ideas?

I've ended up reinstalling windoes on another new HD in the hope that I can recover my data from the other drives by just accesing them as a secondary ...
time will tell ...
