I just want to say how impressed I am with Kingston's customer service.

I've just returned some memory to them, it didn't take any jumping through hoops to get them to issue an RMA. I just had to fill out a form on the web site, they replied with an RMA number and even a part number for the replacement I would be receiving. The exact product had been discontinued, since I bought the memory in 2011.

Anyway I posted off my faulty memory on Monday, and the replacement memory was on my door mat this morning.
