Looking forward to the 3d refresh. I'll have had my 3900x for a couple of years by the time they are out so will be a good drop in upgrade that should last me a good chunk of time.

Imagine lots of people have the same idea. I hope at least AMD allows x470 users to upgrade to these CPUs, but considering they tried to squeeze x470 users out of the way for the 5000 series, who knows.
