Absolutely amazing how safe the cars are these days, even 10 years ago you'd have expected a stretcher to take him away.

wow.... Love how the cars are designed to disintegrate like that. Makes the accidents looks so mad, but also really helps keep the drivers safe!!

Worst possible timing by the looks of it, right on the corner of the armco, so impressive how the driver pod stays intact.

Wow, those cars don't half fall apart. You can see at one point the door has totally gone. Roll cage certainly did its job.

I guess DTM cars have proper fitted race fuel tanks?
