Received my ROG Swift 2 days ago and it came without the correct power plug, I contacted CS and a gent known as Matt sorted it out within minutes and sent me one out that I received the next day, Just thought I'd say a huge thank you to him as I wasn't able to via live chat due to the window closing :)

So could an OCUK official pass this on please :)

To be fair, the whole team provide exceptional customer service.
Never had any issues, and I'm yet to see another company beat it. The rainforest comes close, but OcUK are quicker! :D
 
Agreed, the benefit of OcUK is that there are real people who have real names rather than the faceless empire of the rainforest. Kinda like supporting your local team :)

sometimes I would say that standards probably aren't as good as they could be :p. When I purchased my system, my PSU didn't arrive with a kettle plug. Was informed through staff on here to inform CS. I sent them a webnote, explained the problem and asked if they would be able to send me a kettle lead. Whoever dealt with me said that was fine and they would be able to get one sent to me.
I included my order no. so they clearly knew where I lived.
I never followed up this email as I assumed they was preparing it ready to send out. The lead never arrived and it's been over a month since I purchased my system :rolleyes:

I managed to find a spare so it isn't needed anymore, but sometimes things happen.
