Thought I'd share this with those who have not experienced Synology's support. I've raised one or two issues with them over the short time I've had my NAS unit in place and each time I've found them to reply very promptly (usually within 1-2 days).

Their English isn't the best, but you can easily correct the grammar in your head to understand what they are trying to say. :) My latest email to Tech Support was for a bug with the DS Audio app for Android phones and they were very thankful to me for reporting it so that they can make their products better; I was apologising for giving them more work to do! :p

But tonight, I've had a reply 6 minutes after I sent my email! Excellent support. They are always polite as well.

So a big thanks to Synology and it's cemented in my mind that I made the right choice with choosing their product. :) Anyway, thought I'd share my good experience as it seems all we hear today are doom and gloom stories about businesses.
