Just like to take this opportunity to let everyone know about GSkill's fantastic customer service.

Some time back I purchased 2x512 GSkill 4400 from OCUK and it ran pretty well. However, recently I had BSOD problems until the ram failed completely.

I went through the RMA procedure, which was easy and fret free, and a very short time later am now the proud owner of 2 x 1024Mb sticks of replacement ram.

Things fail, which can be annoying, but the real measure of any company is how it handles it's failures and GSkill, if my experience is typical, must be one of the best out there.

So, many thanks all you folk at GSkill, top product, top service.

A Very Happy Customer.

Same here, my GSkill 1GB set failed on me, filled out the RMA form and had an email back from them within 2 days with the RMA number and where to send my RAM to(holland).
A little under 7 days after that I had another email telling me that they no longer made the model of RAM that had died on me(cant remember which model it was now) and that they were going to replace it with 2GB Matched pairs of HZ series :)

Happy bunny wasnt the way to describe it, I was more than happy to have an out of manufacture set of RAM, and only 1GB to boot, replaced with 2GB of what at the time was considered the best GSkill RAM available.

Quite simply I cannot fault GSkill customer services and would reccomend them to anyone thinking of purchasing new/more RAM, without hesitation.

Oh and the whole process took less than 2 weeks from start to finish :D

Similar to above, Ram to Holland and I reckon mine took less than 10 days in total.
I even bought another set of interim ram and my original GSkill has arrived back home before my stopgap set got here.

Note to self; buy GSkill ram. It's nice to see a company taking pride in it's products, you don't get that much anymore :(

Similar story - I bought 2GB G-Skill PC6400 NR RAM to go with my DS3 and E6300 but couldn't get it stable. Tried all sorts of things but no joy. Using a single DIMM was fine so there was actually nothing wrong with the RAM, it was just incompatible with the other products I had bought.

Tried an RMA with G-Skill and they replaced it with PC6400 NQ RAM, no questions asked. (The NQ is the same timings as they NR but only needs 1.8v and is more expensive). The whole process, including the return to Holland, only took about a week.

The excellent RMA process turned my originally sour experience of G-Skill into a very positive one and I will definitely be buying G-Skill memory again.
