Bigfoot very slow

I got 1 of these drives and having same issues as the OP. Not sure if I have it set up right or not as never owned an SSD before. Benched once with that AS app.

Same as OP really got mine for the OS and a game or two on it in time. As of now fresh OS install.

I have mine in Sata 3 (the 6Gb's sata port which is port 7 on the Gigabyte X58A-UD3R)
Firmware 1.22
88GB free
As for that ATTO, any recommended settings..?

You need to configure your bios to run in AHCI mode and install the latest Intel RST driver.

I dont know why you all worry. Never benched my Vervex since I got it 2 months ago. The speed of things is enough to tell me it is fast.

The Vertex handles raid0 well due to onboard garbage collection.

Well, benchmarking actually degrades the speed the SSD is running at as it writes to the disk. If you keep benchmarking it will only slow the drive down more and it will take even more time to recover (trim), as I've read this can take days.
Make sure the bios is set to AHCI and that you have the latest Intel Rapid Storage Technology (RST) drivers and let it be. If it feels very fast it's probably ok, the OCZ drives just benchmark differently. Check out the links some of the people posted here referring to the ocz forums.

Btw, the screenshot looks fine to me, I dunno what Xtreme Hard Drive means/does but you've got your Intel chipset controller set to AHCI so that is good. Just make sure your SSD is connected to the Intel controller and NOT the gigabyte (?) one, because that IS set to IDE as far as I can see down there.
The intel controller has probably around 4 to 6 ports and the gigabyte/jmicron(?) one 2 and they are colored differently. Just look it up in your manual.
