I currently have a Samsung 2333HD, but I want to watch TV while on my computer and was wondering whether it would be best to get a 24" or 27" for around £200 or another Samsung 2333 but this time a T as it's cheaper but the same panel and design, any thoughts? I'm stumped.

The 2333T isn't the same panel at all - it's a C-PVA panel rather than the TN of the 2333HD. Better contrast, viewing angles and colours but less responsive. For a budget of £200 you are realistically looking at a 24" max rather than 27".
