Biggest Performance Boost?

Ok, so imagine these are the specs of my PC:

i5 2500k
Gigabyte Z68AP-D3
GTX 460 1GB Factory OC
8GB DDR3 1600Mhz 9-9-9-9-24

Which out of the following, will give me the biggest performance boost:

CPU Watercooler - To OC the CPU.
Another 8GB of the same RAM.

On a side note;
Would putting another GTX 460 1GB in there for SLI make that much of a difference?

Yes I'll use it for gaming, but, doesn't the game have to support SLI for SLI to be useful?

Already using a SSD boot drive. I was going to get the Antec H20 Kuhler... not sure though.

560ti is not much faster than the GTX 460 when overclocked... so I won't be making that upgrade. Also I thought that any motherboard can run SLi with some sort of 'hack'?

Not spending £180 for 4-6 more fps. I might choose to purchase this SSD after all.
