Can you tell me what the difference in MS/Ping whatever you want to call it?

There will be so very little difference in ping, maybe 1-2ms or so.

I use onboard MB ethernet and recieve the full 50mb I pay for with generally 15-20ms ping at peak times, pointless investment imo. Make you 1337 though.

Normally hover around 17ms on CSS.

Network Cards are only worth buying for a LAN network say, if you are hosting a server or something for other clients in your house even then its overkill.
