My Brother has been looking at getting this case,

but we were wondering if it were possible to swap out the leds to blue rather than green, and if it is possible how difficult would it be

Ah, understand. The window panels can be purchased separately, but that does bump the price a bit more.

Yep, been out of stock for a while now as im considering getting one as it fits the shinobi xl too.
