Bike crank replacement

I have a Boardman teamR mtb with slicks on that I use for work

The chainset/crank is getting pretty worn and the bottom bracket is on its way out , it's an FSA Comet 10spd double 42 ,27 iirc

I want to replace the whole lot , chain and cassette too

The shifters and derailleurs are SRAM x7


Can I replace it all with shimano or will the SRAM shifters etc affect the setup?

Or would I be best using alternative SRAM components ?

Any recommendations?

I've kind of lost faith in FSA as the bottom bracket has been replaced quite a few times and seems to easily wear and break

You could replace it with a shimano crank if you wanted, it would work fine with SRAM shifters.
