Bike GPS/SATNAV apps for the phone

I'm out and about on the bike for the next 2 weeks, I'm picking out some routes but I would like a way to put them into my iphone.

Are there any apps out there that I can use with .mmo or .gpx files?

Not expecting anything as good as a dedicated Natsav, but every little helps.

On another note, can anyone recommend a iphone 4 bike mount? Tried my local shops, but they didn't have anything for that model.
