I can recommend Lezyne lights (and pumps).

EDIT: You appear to have removed your original £50 budget. My recommendation of Lezyne still stands but perhaps you can like higher up the range.

Can the rear light attach onto a saddle bag? Or do I need to get creative with zip ties? :p

Was about to post about lights in the main thread as I need a backpack clip on light and a clip on light for my saddle bag (topeak aero).

so far I'm very impressed with them for the money, really bright, build seems good, cable routing is fine. Rear light also seems fine and is thrown in. Tried in the garden last night but wasn't dark enough this morning but have no worries about them not lighting the way well enough.

Got them from ebay in the end, few quid cheaper. Will see how they do over the winter.

I always read mixed things about the battery (mainly negative) but my Solarstorm X2 has been fine. Only issue is that the battery level tends to sit on full (3) for ages, briefly goes to 2 then drops straight to 1. Never been let down by it though and it lasts well between charges.
