Bike Trailers

I'm looking for a twin bike trailer but as usual I don't want to pay mega amounts!
Will need to fit 2 DR's or 2 fully faired bikes.

Do any of you use a trailer and where did it come from? I've scoured ebay but there doesn't seem to be many nice ones about local.

I use a trailer. Like yourself I looked for ages on ebay (over a year), picked a 2+1 up for £130. Well pleased with it, solid and well made/thought out.



You can pick up an old manky converted box trailer for under £100, fine for slinging a dirt bike on. The Erde, Brenderup and Trigano are expensive (£500+) but are light and easily stored upright. Dave Cooper trailers are ok, they make collapsible ones too, although they don't look anything special, I know a few who use them and they say they're fine.

Might be worth contacting a local fabricators. See if they do anything bespoke?

That's exactly what I'm looking for, small enough to tuck away but big enough for 2 big bikes.

I wouldn't mind making one but steel isn't all that cheap and by the time I've bought all the parts it'd be cheaper buying a second hand one.

Also we're off to Wales in 3 weeks and have no trailer to take the bikes there on!

Picture was taken on the day I moved house a few months ago, parking was a total nightmare, thankfully don't have that problem anymore!
