Bikers Youtube thread

I've stopped watching vids like that. I'm well aware I have a good chance of ending my days on the bike I don't need to see it.
 
Same, I knew what video it was without clicking, there's a thread on PH about it.

You wouldn't book a holiday then start watching plane crash videos, would you... :p

Bloody hell, that was terrible. That other guy that put it in the ditch was probably in shock as to what he had just witnessed. :eek: Guy was only 21 years old.
 
Big fireball on a bike or doing anything you enjoy is the best way to go. At least he was loving it :)

Rather that than suffer. Schumacher for example, bet he would have rather died in a big fiery F1 crash (assuming he is completely brain damaged).

Extra points for going out with a mini mushroom cloud as well. I'd be proud of that one. :p

So there was two bikes involved. Who died? The person going round the corner on the wrong side of the road or the person coming towards in the correct lane? Just saw they both died. It was a german overtaking in the wrong lane.

They both died. The mum on the video is talking about the guy coming towards the camera, not the one overtaking. To be honest I don't normally watch or post these, but what shook me up about this one was that he couidnt do anything to avoid it. Most accidents you see could be avoided, eg bad decision making on overtakes etc which helps me rationalise biking a bit

Wow, there's target fixation and then there's that! I hope he put the lottery on when he got home after avoiding being flattened by those cars.
 
Man, you'd be totally ****ed off if you were the guy in the other lane who was forced to bin his bike. A perfect example of someone riding totally outside of their comfort/skill zone.
