Too far IMO. I wouldn't have dropped the phone on the floor, deliberately damaging someone's property isn't cool, regardless.
I would probably have thanked him sarcastically for pulling out in front of me, thrown the wallet in his car and asked him if he knew where his phone was before riding off.

The driver was a dick, and his phone would have been in a thousand bits anyway if the biker hadn't grabber it, so...

Can't say I was having fun but it certainly made the commute to work more interesting than usual.
Me too, i learned that it was not worth the risk any more. 2 years since i lost the front in flash on a corner.
